What is the review of Realme X50 Pro Smartphone?

Hello everyone,

These are the days of Smartphones. This is the era of Smartphones. Every day, new smartphones are launching. Today, I want to share my experience on the Realme X50 Pro smartphone. I will tell you everything about this phone and it's camera functions.

This phone can be bought from Flipkart. It is very good to look and a well-equipped phone. You can take a look at the features of this smartphone -

My Experience -

We are talking about the realme X 50 pro 5g.Yes, as the name suggests this is the 5g smartphone and it's powered by top-of-the-line specifications that include Navigon 8 6 5 LP ddr5 ram u FS 3.0 storage but the spec sheet also includes 6 cameras on this smartphone. On the top right drilled in the display and four at the back. Now let's start with the quad camera setup. You get a 64 mega pixel primary camera. It's the Samsung GW one sensor F 1.8 aperture then you have another 8 megapixel ultra wide camera with s 2.3 aperture and a 120 degree wide field of view then you have a 12 megapixel telephoto sensor with F 2.5 aperture that's little on the smaller side but it does offer 5x hybrid zoom and 20x I presume along with 2X optical zoom and lastly this one is a 2 megapixel black-and-white sensor which will be believes aids in taking portrait photos and experimenting with a lot of filters and effects so that is basically what the hardware the camera hardware is on the real me X 50. We took the smartphone out for a round of shooting and before we begin let me quickly tell you that this one. That's x50 pro that is shipped to us for review is not running the final build of the software at least that is what we think because the camera performance on this one is a little erratic isn't it inconsistent and it's not what we have seen with previous really phones before so keep that in mind. That will be also pushed out an update last night so I'm very excited again to take this camera out for a spin to see if there is any change in the camera quality with that out of the way. Let's dive deep into the camera samples and see just how well this camera performs so as you can see in the gallery. I have shot quite a few photos experimenting with all the moods that the smartphone offers speaking of the modes the camera app has changed around a bit if you were using a real me smartphone before you might want to pay close attention to this segment of the video because here I'm gonna explain all the new camera modes that are offered so here you have your photos where you can zoom to from ultra wide to 1 X 2 X 5 X and then zoom much more. All the way up to 20x right now we're going to discuss how the photos look like at 20x but before that let me quickly take you a little more through the modes. Now here's video has a new mode called ultra steady and then you can also, turn on ultra steady max from this then you have your night mode. Night mode now works with all the four camera modes including the wide-angle 1x and 2x all the way up to 5x and you can also zoom up to 20x in the night mode itself which is extremely good but I am still worried of how well the results are going to be like in that when you zoom that far then you have your portrait mode that portrait mode works with both 1x and 2x zoom you have a lot of filters to use and you have a beautifying option out here. Now you can also switch around control the amount of Boquete or the blurring you want in your photos by default it's set at 60% so which should suffice in most cases then we have the 64 mph that the IR syndrome efficient works even when you are in the 64 mph and then you have an ultra macro mode which basically uses the ultra wide lengths to get. Let you go as close as up to four centimeters then you have your panorama time-lapse and a slow mode and an expert mode so the expert mode is also pretty comprehensive you have. You control your ISO your shutter speed focus exposure and white balance all at the same time you can turn on Raw photos but do remember that these raw photos are 16 megapixel and not 64 megapixel and then you can switch around with the lenses as well. So this is the prime the pro mode so now that we have an idea of how we can get camera modes are there. Let's quickly dive deep into our set of camera samples that we're gonna show you so the first set of samples is the ultra wide mode here is. Basically the view outside my window. This has been taken using the wide-angle camera and as you can see while most of the buildings and everything is pretty sharp and well detailed. It's this foliage the dense forestry area out here that have lost out on all the details and sharpness and this one does do in the photo. A little bit when you zoom in now this one's taken with the regular 64 megapixel lens and here the issues don't exist with the foliage you can see it's pretty sharp. Although the AI application algorithm has been applied so some of the sharpening has been done post process otherwise. The buildings and everything is still pretty clear and sharp so this is a 16 megapixel binned output from the 64 megapixel lens this out here is the 2 X optical with the 12 MP telephoto and again you have good details in the optical zoom right here as you can see all the trees and leaves buildings the pools all of them are in good focus and it's also a fast shutter while I was clicking. I also noticed that it doesn't take much longer to snap the photo even you're drinking a 64 mp4 - now this one said 5x zoom this is when the hybrid zoom kicks in with the telephoto lens the resolution is chilled 12 megapixel but here as you can see if you zoom don't zoom the photo looks pretty sharp. The moment to zoom in the watercolor effect kicks in and you have smudge details similarly with the 20x zoom you can have a lot of you can make out that the edges are not at all sharp. The text is still readable or from all that far away this is how far the holding was and this is how close you can get with the 20x zoom but then you have you also have to sacrifice the details now moving on this is where the eye filter on the ASV in recognition on and immediately you can notice how the colors and everything pops out this level of saturation the level of contrast is much higher similarly with the ultra-wide-angle lens and with the AI filter turned on the photos look vastly different and here's a quick comparison you have this one with the eye filter turned off we're taking from the ultra-wide lens same photo with the AI filter turned on and it completely changes it's much more dynamic much more is something that I would immediately share in social media while this one I would still go back and edit a little before sharing now let's take a look at another set of samples we're gonna  go indoors a little so this is basically when this strong backlight and this is how the photos come out the difference is basically where you tap your finger to focus and the details and everything at just accordingly so with HDR kicked in you get pretty good details even in the shadows and in the background where there's a lot of light so it's okay I wouldn't call it the best but this is more or less usable this is once again taken indoors and I mostly took it to check out how well the texture of this sari appears on the photo now I've taken it in different modes this one is a little too over-processed with the AI algorithm turned on this one is the one which is where the AI algorithm is turned off moving on you see different instances of the AI algorithm going into overdrive and somehow over-saturating and adding a lot more contrast than I would desire something that you can control but it's on by default so make sure you turn it off while you're shooting if you don't want it that is otherwise you can still see that sunset photos and everything are pretty good this is where the dynamic range is lacking a little but if you see there's a blue sky and everything details come out pretty nice although this one the white balance is far cooler than I would what I would have liked but it's still looking nice there details and sharpness are all there and the fast shutter let me click everything in an instrument so I'm gonna go and show you guys a few close-up shots that I had taken but before that let's take a look at this one right here this one is a good example of how well the camera can take it take out the details when this is from bakelite once more this time the blue sky in the background and you have different colors of leaves autumns so you're all yellow leaves everywhere you see so this one is a good sample to test that out and you can see the details are pretty good on this despite the tree being quite far away from where I was shooting it was a little higher up so the daylight performance that we are talking about in this case good details once we shift to the next lens this is from the ultra wide lens where the details get smudged around the edges but the center is still under good focus also the light gets clipped a little the blue sky is turning whiter which isn't ideal but some time is the case with these ultra wide lenses so what I can say I what I can see from these photos as that the color reproduction is pretty good like the six-point four-inch AMOLED display is quite capable of reproducing the colors add good lengths but you see the difference between tapping in different areas out here if I am tapping here near the sky you get the subject which is the tree out here darkening a little but once you tap the tree itself you see that the HDR kicks in and while the blue sky remains seen you have many more details around the shadows the same as these. This is one shot that I particularly liked especially with the change in white balance and everything so this is something that the camera captured feels well now it also captures 4k Ultra you HD videos but only at 30 frames per second which we're gonna play for you at the end but before that le t's also let's keep going with the photos now it also has a macro lens where I had told you as you guys told you before it is the ultra-wide lens to capture macro shots and here this is where the camera struggles quite a lot. Firstly it has difficulty in focusing when you go close to the subject which makes taking natural photos very difficult with this smartphone but then again it also lacks a lot of detail so when you do manage to focus you won't be getting as many details as you would expect from a regular macro lens so one of the only usable shots of a macro of the macro mode that I got was this one so this is basically the only usable photo but here too as you can see the edges are all out-of-focus the only part that is in focus is this one out here in the center but this too is very hazy so the ultra wide lens is not the best macro lens out there unlike the case with up with the one plus 70 when we have seen the ultra wide lens doubling up as a great macro lens so maybe a little more tuning is required but you have these close-up shots of at sixty-four megapixel which look pretty good so this one is a 64 mph art and I can zoom all the way up to here to see the details and as you can see when you zoom to its maximum level you can see a lot of jagged edges but overall it's pretty sharp and well detailed same with these photos where you can see a lot of details in these pebbles out here again a sub this is where the camera tuning plays a big part in getting the best results and really seems to have done a good job but then we have had instances where the night mode also looked like this which led me to believe that this may not be the final build of the software and we might see some more improvement over time as the phone hits the market so yeah these are more or less all the samples that we have shot with the real me X 50. We will be updating this review of the real me X 50 pros camera with a lot more samples as the days go by but since we had very little time with the phone in our hands before the launch this was all that we could manage and by the looks of it the real me X 50 pro packs a lot of features it offers a lot of choices a lot of versatility in shooting but the results are more or less pretty average considering the price of this phone I would expect a little better in terms of camera performance the extra pro was fine at that under 30,000 it was still good but this one is far more premium and I expect camera performance to improve a lot more in with future updates right now as of this moment it's not running the final build of the software so your camera results are not I would say it's not hit its full potential but over time I am hoping and I'm guessing real me will work on it and improve it.
